When I am not on assignment, here is where I can be found:
- Drinking lots of coffee (my necessary evil)
- Writing my blog, Spring Sight
- Kayaking the bayous of Texas or whitewater in Arkansas
- Hiking along any trail I can find
- Capturing the beauty of nature with a camera lens
- Goofing off with my tween daughter
- Discussing news, politics and technology with my husband
- Volunteering at church and in the community
- Reading my Bible, a variety of newspapers and magazines, and the occasional mystery novel
- Exploring tiny towns and big cities, checking out the best restaurants and the local arts scene
- Connecting online with people around the world that I met growing up as a third culture kid
